Last Run Ramen Company is a concept presented by Chef/Owner Jake Lasater. Here, craft ramen and the feeling of the slopes combine into our bowls. We take pride in these bowls. Hand making our noodles using the highest quality wheat flour in the region. Scratch broths to extract the most flavor. Tares that have been blended to make the broths sing. No concentrates are allowed through these doors!
